Production Supervisor — Calcium Carbonate
Own the plant floor: hold every batch of calcium carbonate inside spec, and keep the line running.

Our customers do not buy calcium carbonate. They buy the certainty that the next twenty tonnes will behave exactly like the last twenty tonnes. You are the person who makes that true.
You will run the production line day to day — the process, the people on it, and the quality checks that decide whether a batch ships or gets held.
What you will do
- Supervise daily production and the team on shift
- Hold output to specification: particle size, brightness, moisture
- Run quality checks and decide what ships and what does not
- Keep records that stand up to a customer's audit
- Spot the causes of variation and remove them
- Enforce safety and environmental practice on the floor
What we are looking for
- Experience supervising a production or processing line
- A working grasp of quality control — you can read a spec and act on it
- The confidence to hold a batch when it is out of tolerance, and explain why
- Comfortable leading a team and holding standards without drama
Nice to have
- Background in minerals, cement, chemicals or a related process industry
- Familiarity with SON standards
